Phase A: Charge water into main beaker and begin propeller mixing. A vortex should form. Charge Dermofeel PA-3. Sift in ABS White Willow Bark Extract Powder. Charge glycerin and begin heating to 75°C. Phase B: In a separate container, blend ingredients and heat to 80°C. Once temperatures have been reached, add Phase B to Phase A with high speed mixing. Maintain temperature of 78°C and continue mixing for 15 minutes. Phase C: Begin force cooling. Charge each ingredient. Phase D: Add at 50°C. Phase E: Add at 45°C. Fill into proper containers. To use: After shampooing, apply butter into hair. Coat from root to tips. Leave on for 3-5 minutes. Rinse well. Use once or twice weekly.
